Jortveit 1, Jortveit, Evje og Hornnes, Agder, Norge
Small and long forgotten quarry in the Hornnes part of the municipality.
The locality was visited in about 2002 (by Ronald Werner). There was nothing more to see than a water-filled hole. In the small dump one piece of a clear smoky quartz crystal was collected. This locality might therefore have potential.
The name, Jortveit 1 was chosen for the nearest farm, but might need to be corrected should it turn out that the land belongs to another farm.
