The Jamaica Bauxite Mining Ltd. (“JBM”) was incorporated on February 13, 1975 to administer the Government of Jamaica’s equity in the bauxite and alumina industries. It holds 51% of Noranda Jamaica, which is a partnership between the Jamaica government and Noranda Aluminium Inc., a US company.
