Min Rec 24:5 p383
Structure: Fracture, N50w And 75sw

Deposit: Ore is found on floors of solution cavities formed along the smaller faults at intersections of thin-bedded limestone with these smaller faults, and in gash fractures near the grand deposit fault. Main oreshoot dips steeply s W and ranges in width from 2 to 15 ft, is 60-120 ft long, and has been exposed for about 400 ft in depth consists of 5 claims. ; info.src : 1 pub lit; 2 unpub rept

Deposit type: Polymetallic replacement

Development: First mined for ag; later pb, zn, cu. Ore shipped in 1937, 1943, 1944. Fire destroyed all surface equipment in 1944, but reconstruction was under way in 1944 and shipments resumed in 1945.

Geology: Mine in zone of intensely crushed iron stained limestone
