Gunung Keriang (Mount Keriang) is a 250 million-year-old lump of mainly limestone rock that is said to be in the shape of an elephant and reaches a height of 218 meters. It has a well-known limestone cave named "Gua Keriang" in the local language, which is most of the minerals from this locality comes from.

This locality has not only calcite (prismatic crystals with quartz-like morphology) but also an interesting term that locals call "living crystals", by this name, some local claims that the crystal will continue to grow or crystallize if you water them regularly but yet to be proven scientifically.
