An outcropping nephrite occurrence was found when a forestry(?) road cut rocks ("... im Zuge eines Wegbaues bei Zederhaus"). The exact locality was not given.
Powder XRD study showed the macroscopically pale grey-green nephrite to consist of "actinolitic hornblende" (nowadays a synomym of magnesio-hornblende) and minor talc (Niedermayr, 1985).
Niedermayr (1985) assumes this occurrence is the primary source of the rounded nephrite pieces in the Mur gravels found in different localities.
