Formerly: Rt. 55 roadcut, Windsor (Richmond), Québec, Canada
Alpine clefts and veins exposed in roadcuts between Windsor and Richmond in 1979-1981. This section of the Autoroute opened in 1981. Hundreds of specimens of quartz of various habits have been recovered over many years of collecting. Notable for anatase crystals up to 1 cm and pink, tabular fluorapatite.
Specimens are sometimes labeled as Windsor but more often as Richmond, both are correct.
