1970
Outcropping rocks near the old (no longer existing) Osteria al Riposo, east of Madrano (Pergine Valsugana), along the road to Montagnaga (730-750 m a.s.l.).
According to Omenetto & Detomaso (1970):
- a rhyodacite with large quartz and feldspar phenocrysts crops out in the area between Dosso della Clinga and Osteria al Riposo;
- a sulphide-bearing vein crops out along the road connecting Osteria al Riposo to Montagnaga. The vein, oriented NW-SE and dipping towards SW, is embedded in ignimbrite and has an average thickness of 20-30 cm. It consists of galena, sphalerite, and pyrite, with minor chalcopyrite, in an abundant quartz-carbonate gangue.
