Fanthyttan is a village and small town in Linde parish in Lindesberg municipality, about 10 km north of Lindesberg.
Riksväg 50 runs through Fanthyttan, which here meets county road T 769 towards Nora.
Immediately northwest of the village is a larger limestone and dolomite deposit, which began mining in 1899 by Bofors and is still in use. Until 2001, Larsbo Kalk AB burned the raw material in kilns on site. Nowadays the processing takes place elsewhere.
