The Yemaquan deposits are primarily skarn-type iron-polymetallic deposits, with early evidence of exhalative-sedimentary mineralization, indicating a dual mineralization process that includes both hydrothermal and sedimentary activities. The Yemaquan area hosts significant polymetallic skarn mineralization, with resources of approximately 82.7 million metric tons at 29.46 % Fe, 0.40 % Cu, 2.08 % Pb, and 1.77 % Zn.
