Tatros
2 Mt of proven reserves grading at 2.13 g/t Au (locally up to 14 g/t) and 4.11 % Pb + Zn + Cu.
A total of 34 orebodies in the form of veins, lenses and pods have been determined in the Atash-Anbar gold deposit. The deposit is divided into the No. I, II and III ore zones from SW to NE. The No. I ore zone contains 15 orebodies, varying from 50 to 200 m in length, and 2 to 8 m in thickness, it contains 3.5–8.2 g/t Au, and is controlled by the E-W − trending fractures. The No. II ore zone is the most important ore zone, which contains 10 orebodies controlled by the NW- and NNW-trending fractures. They have high-grade (4.2 to 6.3 g/t Au) ore shoots, varying from 30 to 300 m in length, and 1 to 10 m in thickness, which are developed at the junctions of these fractures. Five orebodies have been found in the No. III ore zone, varying from 200 to 700 m in length, and 1 to 5 m in thickness, which are controlled by the E-W − trending faults and fractures. These orebodies contain 2.3–3.8 g/t Au (locally > 14 g/t). Five paragenetic stages can be distinguished at the Atash-Anbar deposit: the smoky-grey quartz-chalcopyrite stage (I), the grey-white quartz-polysulfide stage (II), the white-pinkish quartz-barite-sulfide stage (III), the late quartz-carbonate stage (IV), and the supergene stage (V).
