Bhigwan is a forest where wildlife enthusiasts often go for birding, as well as sighting wolves, jackals, and other animals. It is part of the Indian Deccan Traps, and igneous rocks are a common sight there. Celadonite is notably abundant, and pebbles containing celadonite (sometimes zeolites as well) are extremely widespread in the area, in the forest as well as the surrounding area, where they can be found lying on the side of the forest track as well as nearby roads, in abundance.
