A collapse structure located in sec. 4, T31N, R7W, G&SRM, 34.4 km (21.3 miles) WSW of Supai (village), on the W cliff of Mohawk Canyon.

Concentric Harrisburg Member strata dip radially inward. Goethite cubes are pseudomorphous after pyrite.
