The Sepid-Sarve copper deposit is hosted within an Eocene volcano–sedimentary sequence in the southern Sabzevar Zone. This sequence comprises intermediate to mafic volcanic units (porphyritic to mega-porphyritic andesite, pyroxene andesite, and basalt), pyroclastic rocks (tuff and agglomerate), and sedimentary strata including fossiliferous limestone (bearing Nummulites, Plesiopoda, and Brachiopoda), calcareous Mineralized zone thickness varies from <1 m to >10 m, occurring as veinlets, disseminations, cavity fillings, and impregnation textures sandstone, detrital. The mineralization zone in the Sepid-Saru copper deposit can be observed in two sections, eastern and western. Based on the results of this study, the mineralization zone in the eastern section has a thickness ranging from less than 1 m to 4.35 m, occurring at the contact between porphyritic andesite and Nummulitic limestone. It extends to a length of 450 m, with an oxidized zone reaching a minimum depth of 25 m and a sulfide zone extending to a depth of 120 m. In the western section, the thickness of this zone is less than 2 m, with a length of 275 m, an oxidized zone to a depth of 25 m, and a sulfide zone reaching a depth of 100 m. limestone, conglomerate, siltstone, shale, gypsiferous marl, and alluvial terrace deposits.
