A former underground Au-Cu-Ag mine located in the NW¼ sec. 20, T.6N., R.4W. (Wickenburg SW 7.5 minute topo map), 15 road miles South of Aguila. Discovered in 1914 by the Sisson Brothers. Worked 1918 to 1924.

Mineralization is hosted in fine-grained gneissic granite intruded by basic dike rocks. Floors a hilly pediment. The ore occurs within a nearly flat fault zone that consists of massive to coarse-grained, shiny quartz with abundant specularite and limonite. Wall rock is notably altered to sericite and have spotty, moderately intense alteration. The orebody is very lenticular with a maximum wodth of about 5 feet (1.5 meters). Ore control was a flat fault zone. Related structures are the Little Horn Peak fault and the Flat Fault zone.
Workings include 3 inclined shafts (50, 197 & 200 feet deep, respectively). Production was more than $14,454 in Au (period values).
