Köppen climate type:
The basaltic rocks hosting the magnetite‐bearing Fe–Cu mineralization at İncebel Hill and Bakırçukuru are strongly hydrothermally altered in the vicinity of the mineralization and are commonly greenish, locally whitish to reddish in color. Mineralogical investigations reveal hydrothermal alteration assemblages characterized by varying degrees of chloritization, epidotization, argillitization, sericitization, silicification, carbonatization, and iron‐oxide alteration. The mineralization occurs as massive, disseminated, lens‐shaped, and vein‐type bodies.
