Carbonate-hosted Pb-Zn deposit.

Zinc mine in the "Concession des mines d'Engis".

The concession of Engis belonged to the "Société de la Nouvelle Montagne"; within this concession, there were 3 mines: La Mallieue, Dos, and Fagnes.

The zinc factory was located on the banks of the Meuse river near the Mallieue mine.
This former Pb-Zn deposit is now part of the Dumont-Wautier quarry.
