A Cu-Ag-Au claim located in secs. 9 & 10, T__, R__, WM, 3.0 km (10,000 feet) SSE of Harding Mountain (coordinates of record), along a tributary of Van Epps Creek.

It worked an orebody in peridotite. Development includes a 110 foot shaft with a 175 foot crosscut and an 80 foot drift on the 50 foot level; a 2,500 foot crosscut and a raise from the crosscut to the shaft plus a 50 foot square open pit.
Structure: Several Shear Zones

Alteration: Potassic, Phyllic, Propylitic

Tectonics: Cascade Volcanic Arc

Deposit: Along contact of mount stuart batholith and peridotite of ingalls complex

Deposit type: Porphyry Cu-Mo

Development: Drilling by USBM in 1955

Geology: Spirit lake stock is a composite stock with phases including quartz diorite porphyry, granodiorite, quartz porphyry. It is separate from and younger than mount stuart batholith. Ingalls complex is an accreted ophiolite terrane
