A former surface and underground Hg-Cu-Ag mine located in NW¼ sec. 3, T3N, R3E, G&SRM. Discovered by Sam Hughes and first produced in 1916.

Mineralization is a hydrothermal deposit with a fault zone and schistosity as ore controls.
