A former underground Au-Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn-Sb mine located 2 miles north of Hooper. Discovered 1887. Produced 1883-1942. Owned by Frank Williams & Barry Smith of Prescott (1926).

Mineralization is an 18 inch (45 cm) wide vein with a tabular ore body. Ore control was faulting and shearing. Ore concentration was oxidation. No alteration was reported. An associated rock unit is the Brady Butte Granodiorite.

Area structures include a batholith that trends NNE.

Workings include a 100 foot deep shaft (1881), an approximate 250 foot long tunnel (1881), plus at least 3 additional tunnels. A 5-stamp mill was erected.
