This site needs to be urgently reworked.
There was never a "Mockleiten Mine".
First there is the famous Maukenstadel tunnel in the area. A lot of the famous malachite curls were found here. The owner now denies access.
Not far away, near the farm, there was an old dump. On this dump on the grounds of the Hohenbrunn farm, material was apparently deposited from several tunnels that can no longer be found. This dump was removed at the end of the 1990s and the rest was leveled and is now a meadow.
Most of the Cu minerals found (azurite, claraite, serpierite, tirolite, etc.) come from the dump, also pseudomorphs of malachite after calcite.
The third site is a small open-pit mine, presumably used to extract material for road construction. This is the site described here - curly malachites can still be found with a bit of luck.
