Lead-zinc mine, suspended. Mining (gold-silver-lead) since 1326.

"There were mines and smelting furnaces for iron, lead, gold and silver ores. Novo Brdo silver is known by its argentum glame (an alloy of silver with 1/6-1/3 gold). In 1450 the mines of Novo Brdo were producing about 6,000 kg of silver per year." (Wikipedia)

The sphalerite is enriched in Sn, at 1600 ppm level.

The Novo Brdo mine is one of the largest lead and zinc mines in Kosovo. The mine is located in Novo Brdo in Pristina district. The mine has reserves amounting to 2.7 million tonnes of ore grading 4.43% lead, 5.42% zinc and 140.6gr/t silver thus resulting 119,600 tonnes of lead, 146,300 tonnes of zinc and 380 tonnes of silver.
