Pegmatite deposit located in the NE¼ sec. 32, T.3S, R.71W., mainly on Centennial Cone, a prominent hill on private property, some 15 miles west of Golden. One main pegmatite is on the northeast flank of the cone, about 1/4 mi up the hill from where an old log barn was located.

Mineralization is a zoned pegmatite in biotite granite gneiss. Core zone: quartz; intermediate zone: quartz-albite-muscovite; outer zone: quartz-microcline-muscovite.

Workings include shallow pits.
