A former underground Cu mine located in the SE¼ sec. 26 (and in the SW¼ sec. 27 ?, per MRDS), T3S, R14E (Teapot Mountain 7.5 minute topo map), about ½ mile NW of Tiger Mountain, on BLM-administered land. Owned by Mr. H.R. Scott of Arizona (1940); and, by Mr. Clarence Via of Arizona (1979). Owned and operated by ASARCO of New York (1987).
Mineralization includes secondary copper minerals.
