A former underground Cu-Ag-Au mine located in the N½ sec. 31, T4S, R13E (Grayback 7.5 minute topo map), about 3¼ miles SE of Grayback. Produced 1937-1948. Claims extend into secs. 25 & 36, T4S, R12E. Operated in 1937-38 by H.R. Scott; explored in 1944 by Mr. Theodore Phillips; Operated by Mr. Martin Fishback (1948).

Mineralization is in E-W-trending fissure zone through the mine. Dikes and fissures trend both E-W and NW in the area. Paleocene Tea Cup Granodiorite has N-S contact with the Ruin Granite 100 meters west of the mine. Associated rock unit is Ruin (Oracle) Granite.
