A Cu-Mo occurrence/prospect located in secs. 10 & 15, T13S, R31E, MDM, 1.5 km (4,800 feet) WNW of Kanawyers and 6.3 km (3.9 miles) E of Cedar Grove, on the S slope of North Dome (summit), N side of Kings Canyon, on National Park Service land (Kings Canyon National Park). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is .

Mineralization is hosted in granite. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
