Formula:
Pb22Cu4(Bi,Sb)30(S,Se)69
Mumme et al. (2013), in a study of the crystal structure, using a crystal fragment from the original material described by Ödman (1941) as "selenokobellite", found that it is best described as a selenian kobellite, and not as a new mineral. Selenian kobellite contains only about 1.4 –1.6 Se atoms out of a total of 17.5 (S+Se) anions per asymmetric formula unit.
