ZX 6E (ChinaSat 6E)

ZX 6E [China Satcom]

ZX 6E (Zhongxing 6E, ChinaSat 6E) is a Chinese communications satellite based upon a DFH-4E bus.

The Chinasat 6E satellite is designed with C, Ku and other multi-band broadcast communication payloads, which can provide radio and television transmission services and high-throughput and digital business commercial services. ChinaSat 6E satellite will be positioned at 115.5 east longitude.

The satellite was being manufactured by CAST and was launched onboard a CZ-3B/G3 launch vehicle. The satellite was launched in November 2023 to replace ZX 6B.
