SpikeBand

The SpikeBand (JP: スパイクバンド Supaiku Bando) is an armor in Deltarune that can be acquired from Malius at Top Bakery in Castle Town, starting in Chapter 2. It can be obtained by fusing the IronShackle and a GlowWrist. It gives +2 AT and +1 DF and can be equipped to any party member.

Given its description, this item is likely the Dark World counterpart of a Velcro fastener.
