I kind of wanted to ask, am I the only one who really would have liked to know more about becoming an Animagus?

I know some people even expected the trio to become animagi.


But what I'd really like to have learned at some point is how you become an animagus - like what you have to do to become one, how difficult it is (I expect very difficult) and what decides the type of animal you'll become. Is it your choice? Is it as little of your choice as your patronus is?

So despite all this rant, I most of all want to know whether anyone else hoped for more Animagus-info!

So, I have a random observance that I'd like discussed...does McGonagall's having her Patronuses the same as her Animagus form mean that's the same for everyone? Because I know a lot of people who think very differently. And how would that work with people's Animagi (Animagus? Animaguses? ^^;) changing?
