This community is specifically designed to track down and take down Mary Sues who infest the Final Fantasy series of games by Squaresoft-Enix, Ltd. In case you're wondering, its creation was inspired by two things: the original Mary Sue report, marysues, and the lack of updated Mary Sue reports for Final Fantasy Sues exclusively. Thus, this community was born!

For Sue haters: by all means, please friend us, or just read to your heart's content as we attack all those pesky "sucked into the game" FFIX fangirls and fanboys, all of Squall's randomly gothic and angsty daughters, and all those girls convinced that Kadaj is their new lovebunny (thanks, Advent Children). Watch in joy as we make sure that the original Final Fantasy is not defiled, and as we shoot down terrible chatroom fics that wish they were writing about Final Fantasy, but are really making the characters into Sues and Stus. Laugh - or cry - as you see us tearing apart "TypIn LyKE DiS & tInKIn itS rItE," "you're mournful silver eyes," and names like "Rose Kaidin Lily Sakura Kagome Tranquility Moonflower Heartilly-Leonhart."

For Sue perpetrators: you know who you are! If you see that your fic has been posted here, it's not your "right" to whine, cry, and flame the hell out of us. You can do all of those things, but we will 1) ignore you, 2) mock you, 3) feed you to Seify's (momo's) cruelty, and 4) ban you. If you've seen the error of your ways, don't ask us for advice here; visit oc_analysis for help. Believe it or not, we're not here to flame and spork you, the author; we're here to spork your horrible fanfic and hope you'll never do it again (but if you do, it'll be more fun for us to report it, too). We are not here to offer constructive criticism; we will review fics directly to do that.

Currently, this community is maintained by the few, the proud, the triple triad of Mary Sue-hating, correct-grammar-and-spelling-loving ladies: destry, momo, and duokinneas (alphabetical order!).

While it's true that it's not really fair that not everybody can post, that may change in the future if there's significant enough interest in the community to encourage us to open our doors a little more.
