Code Review
This pull request introduces the /docs:review command and seven specialized persona-based reviewer agents for multi-perspective analysis of planning documents. The review identified a security vulnerability regarding path traversal in the document path resolution and suggested hardening the grep commands against filenames starting with hyphens.

Escape fence delimiters before embedding document text
The Step 4 fencing pattern injects {document_text} verbatim between --- begin/end document-content --- markers, but it never escapes delimiter strings already present in the document. A malicious or accidental line like --- end document-content --- inside the reviewed file will terminate the fence early and let trailing content be interpreted as live instructions, defeating the prompt-injection containment this command depends on for every persona Task.

…Wave 3 #2) Adds /docs:review for multi-persona review of planning documents (PRDs, brainstorms, specs, ADRs). 6 always-applicable personas plus 1 conditional adversarial reviewer. All read-only (tools: Read/Grep/Glob), adapted from upstream compound-engineering v3.3.2 at locked SHA e5b397c9d1883354f03e338dd00f98be3da39f9f. New agents/review/ directory (auto-discovered): coherence, design-lens, feasibility, product-lens, scope-guardian, security-lens, adversarial-document reviewers. Bash stripped per review-agent read-only contract. Orchestrator command mirrors yellow-review's Wave 2 pattern: optional learnings pre-pass, parallel persona dispatch, confidence-rubric aggregation (suppress < 75 except safe-auto and P0 escapes), optional safe-auto application, optional compound hand-off. Closes Wave 3 #2 from the EveryInc merge plan.
…fencing, var scope, command refs Five clusters of findings from copilot/chatgpt-codex/gemini bots on PR #410. Path containment (P1 security): added canonicalize+containment check in Step 1 so an absolute path outside PROJECT_ROOT is rejected before file-existence/symlink checks fire (closes /docs:review /etc/passwd attack). Document content fencing (P1 security): Step 4 now instructs the orchestrator to wrap document_text in begin/end fencing before injecting into persona Task inputs (per skill canonical pattern). Bash variable scope (P1 correctness): Step 2's bash block recomputes PROJECT_ROOT and FULL_PATH inline so it does not depend on Step 1's variables, which would not survive the subprocess boundary; added a leading sentence documenting the constraint. Command-name drift (UX): seven agent descriptions referenced /yellow-docs:docs:review but the canonical user-facing form per CLAUDE.md is /docs:review — bulk sed replaced all seven. Grep best-practice: added -- separator to grep calls in Step 2 to harden against filenames starting with -.
…egex, REQ trigger) Three new chatgpt-codex threads after the previous fix landed: (1) Step 5 uses TaskOutput but it was not in allowed-tools — added; (2) Step 2's RISK_HITS regex matched only word-boundary 'auth'/'authz' tokens, missing 'authentication'/'authorization' (and crypto/secrets/tokens) — broadened to authn|authentication|authorization|crypto|secret|credential|token|oauth|jwt; (3) docs trigger contract said 'more than 5 requirements' but code used '>= 5' — switched to '> 5' to match documented agent contract.
…t learnings-researcher plugin attribution Two PR #410 round-3 chatgpt-codex P1/P2: (a) adversarial-document-reviewer Standard depth said 'Skip premise challenging when the document contains challengeable premise claims' which inverted the intended logic — reworded to 'Run premise challenging when claims exist; defer to product-lens-reviewer / scope-guardian-reviewer only when those personas are also dispatched (avoids duplicate coverage)'. (b) Step 3 of /docs:review gated learnings pre-pass on 'yellow-research is installed' but the agent is yellow-core:research:learnings-researcher (lives in yellow-core, not yellow-research) — corrected the gating plugin name and noted the agent itself degrades gracefully on missing MCPs.
PR #410 copilot threads flagged missing name: and argument-hint: frontmatter fields. 99/100 commands in plugins/*/commands/ use the name: field; /docs:review was the lone outlier. Added 'name: docs:review' and 'argument-hint: <path-to-document>' to match the repo convention.
PR #410 chatgpt-codex P1 thread: Step 3 learnings pre-pass passed document_text raw to the learnings-researcher Task without the --- begin/end --- fencing applied in Step 4. Even though learnings-researcher mostly reads docs/solutions/ entries (not the document body), it does receive document_text for keyword/topic extraction and could be subject to prompt injection from a malicious document. Added the same canonical fencing requirement and renamed the Input field to document_text_fenced to make the contract explicit.
…edence Two PR #410 advisory threads: (a) copilot — /docs:review fell back to pwd when 'git rev-parse --show-toplevel' failed, divergent from rest of /docs:* commands which require a git repo. Switched to hard-fail with a clear error so the path-containment check always has a meaningful root. (b) chatgpt-codex P2 — Quick/Standard/Deep depth tiers had overlapping predicates (a long low-requirement doc could match Quick AND Deep). Reordered Deep -> Standard -> Quick with first-match-wins precedence stated explicitly, and tightened Quick to AND-conjunction predicates so each document maps to exactly one tier.
…ally exclusive PR #410 chatgpt-codex P2 thread that didn't get committed in the prior batch (file wasn't Read first). Quick/Standard/Deep tier predicates overlapped: a long low-requirement document satisfied Quick (or-clause: under 1000 words OR fewer than 5 requirements) AND Deep (or-clause: over 3000 words OR more than 10 requirements OR high-stakes). Reordered to Deep -> Standard -> Quick with first-match-wins precedence stated explicitly, and tightened Quick predicates to AND-conjunction so each document maps to exactly one tier.

Allow edits before offering safe-auto application
When a persona emits autofix_class: safe_auto (for example the new coherence reviewer’s header/count and cross-reference fixes) and the user chooses “Apply all” or “Review each” in Step 8, this command is running with only the tools listed here, which exclude Edit and Write. In tool-restricted runs the workflow can ask for approval but then cannot actually apply the approved safe-auto patch, so either add the edit/write tools or make Step 8 report-only.

Adds
/docs:review, a multi-persona planning-document review command that dispatches 6 always-applicable agents (coherence, design-lens, feasibility, product-lens, scope-guardian, security-lens) plus a conditional adversarial reviewer in parallel, aggregates results through a confidence-rubric gate (< 75suppressed), and offers optional safe-auto application and compound hand-off. Several P1 issues flagged in the previous review round have been addressed — the\\bauth\\bregex now enumeratesauthenticationandauthorizationexplicitly, the adversarial gate condition uses> 5(not>= 5), and the learnings pre-pass correctly referencesyellow-core.docs:reviewwith path-containment, symlink, and prompt-injection guards throughout.agents/review/, all read-only (Read/Grep/Glob), each with distinct scope, confidence calibration, and a yellow-docs compact-return JSON schema.Confidence Score: 5/5
Safe to merge; all previously flagged blocking issues are resolved in this diff.
The orchestrator command and all 7 persona agents are new files with no regressions. The three findings from the prior review round — the auth-regex gap, the requirement-count threshold mismatch, and the plugin-name mismatch in the learnings pre-pass — are all corrected in the current diff. The remaining open item (the unreachable "quick" depth arm for the adversarial agent when requirement count is the sole trigger) was already surfaced in the previous round and represents a minor behavioral edge case rather than a hard failure.

This is backwards — the presence of challengeable premise claims is the exact condition under which premise challenging should be applied. The apparent intent is to avoid duplicating product-lens's work, but the stated condition achieves the opposite.
