No issue; requested by the maintainer as a follow-up to #1057.

Summary

Pressing the Twitch Chat widget opens the chat in a larger dialog where a message can be deleted and its sender timed out, banned or unbanned, gated by a per-widget setting and the host lock. The list stays at the newest message through a new ui.list anchor option, and the Twitch logo now keeps its colour in non-browser SVG readers.

Testing

Release build with warnings as errors and all .NET, runtime, web client and desktop-ui suites pass, except Plugin.Cli A_project_is_actually_built_before_its_output_is_resolved (local exit 155). Checked anchoring in headless Chrome and live moderation and the Companion App logo manually. Known limit: iOS momentum scrolling in a busy chat can stop when rows above the view are dropped.

Plugin SDK / API compatibility

• No public, non-obsolete SDK or plugin protocol contract was removed or changed
• Contracts were only extended additively (anchor on ui.list, component version 3 with a fallback)
