Scope of Work
- Create
docs/i18n/hi/README.mdanddocs/i18n/hi/quickstart.md. - Translate key concepts clearly (Enclave, Invariant, Balance Floor, Spend Limit).
- Add language switcher links.
Acceptance Criteria
- Clean, readable technical documentation.
