🛡️ AetherGuard Pull Request
Description
Adds Hindi (हिन्दी) documentation for AetherGuard, as requested in #42:
docs/i18n/hi/README.md, a full Hindi translation of the main README.docs/i18n/hi/quickstart.md, a Hindi quickstart guide built from the README's "3-Second Quickstart" and integration sections, since the repo has no separate quickstart file.English | हिन्दी) at the top of the rootREADME.mdand the Hindi README.docs/i18n/hi/.Hindi-speaking readers (a large part of the Web3 and Rust developer community in India) can now follow the project docs in their own language.
