<script setup>for thedefineModel()case.
defineModel()is a compiler macro that Vue only allows in<script setup>. The rule still detects it here, because detection relies on an unbound identifier. The fixture models code that Vue itself rejects, andvalid-ref-transfers.vuealready uses<script setup lang="ts">. Aligning both fixtures keeps the intent clear.Proposed change

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Plain reassignment of a ref variable is reported.
Any JsIdentifierAssignment on a tracked binding becomes a violation. This includes a plain replacement of the ref itself:
let count = ref(0)
count = ref(1) // reported, but this is validis_plain_assignment_right already excludes the same pattern on the right-hand side, and track_to_refs_references skips identifier assignments at Line 365, so the ref path looks inconsistent. Compound assignments and update expressions (count++, count += 1) must stay reported.
Proposed fix
AnyJsIdentifierReference::JsIdentifierAssignment(assignment) => {
- violations.push(assignment.range());
+ // A plain `count = ref(1)` replaces the ref and is not an operand use.
+ let is_plain_assignment = assignment
+ .syntax()
+ .parent()
+ .and_then(JsAssignmentExpression::cast)
+ .and_then(|assignment| assignment.operator().ok())
+ == Some(JsAssignmentOperator::Assign);
+ if !is_plain_assignment {
+ violations.push(assignment.range());
+ }
}Add a fixture case for let count = ref(0); count = ref(1) in valid-ref-transfers.vue, as per coding guidelines: "Add tests for code changes. Bug fixes require a case that fails without the fix."

Run just f; this signature exceeds the 100-column rustfmt limit.
The fn identifier_initializer_binding(...) line is 103 characters. rustfmt will rewrap it, so the format check fails until you run just f.

Summary
This PR makes the rule trigger on variable declarations, checks if they make a vue ref, and then scans their usages. Previously, the rule effectively did the reverse: check all the usages, and then check if the binding was a vue ref (which caused the rule to do a bunch of extra work).
