Hoggiewarts RP Community

Bellatrix wandered into the sitting room at her home and looked around with a disapproving air. She had told those elves to make the room spotless, but she could see a bit of dust on the mantel above the fireplace. Of course, this could just be her way of making an excuse to torture the elves later (not that she needed one), but she swore it was there. She tsked and walked over to the table she had had the elves set with tea. Settling herself in a chair, she summoned one of the house elves.

"Bring Regulus down for tea. And I shall need to have a word with the lot of you later."

The elf's ears drooped as it scampered off to find her houseguest. She had fetched Regulus from Hogwarts the day before and now it was time for their little chat. She settled back and poured herself some tea as she waited, thinking about what she was going to say.

Having the day off, Marlene decided to catch a flick. One of the man at the office had mentioned that there was a theater showing some of the more old school horror zombie flicks this week only. Being a lover of all things undead and b-rated, she decided that going would be the best course of action, so she got in line to buy a ticket.

As she got to the front, the person that was in front of her purchasing a ticket turned, and she made I contact, "oi, what are you doing here? You have a thing for bad zombie movies too?" She laughed.

Evelyn entered the library, going to check out some last minute resources for a herbology homework assignment. She made her way to the back stacks to grab the book on algae, of course being an "A" it was almost too high for her to reach but she tried for it anyway, "I swear what is the point of stacks this high when no one can reach them, stupid library."

Not wanting to ask for help, she decided to just quickly step on the first two selves, grab the book and be down with it. As she grabbed the book and went to step down, she lost footing, and collided with another human being, before she, and the other, fell to the floor.

After a moment she regained her wits and looked to the person who broke her fall, when she turned she saw...

Regulus kicked a stone along his path and watched it skip a few feet away before it collided with a tree. It was actually sunny out for once, and though still a bit cold it wasn't ridiculously so.  Unable to spend another minute inside the library he decided to go for a walk around the grounds. He'd been in a foul mood all day, and was attributing it to a bad case of cabin fever.  His classes were boring, his friends were either up to their ears in schoolwork or busy chasing after girls and the people who were around....well, they weren't worth being around.

Except maybe Emmeline. She didn't seem so bad. She was pretty, and she was actually nice to him from the start. (A big plus when you're in Slytherin) And at 14, what other qualities was he really looking for?

Regulus kicked another stone, though quite a bit harder and listened as it skipped along....and hit someone in the leg.
