I'm thinking of attending the Bay Areas slash convention, BAScon, Nov. 5-7. Anyone else going?
Also, anyone in the Bay Area want to meet up to watch the new HP movie in November? |

I'm definitely going to Quidditch tomorrow afternoon... (late notice, I know.) Is anyone else going?
http://www.meetup.com/Bay-Area-Quidditch/
1pm, Cuesta Park (corner of Cuesta Drive and Grant Rd in Mountain View), be there or be square! ;)
If there are other Bay Area HP fans who can't make it to Quidditch but are interested in other kinds of meet-ups (Wrock shows, Wizarding Fashion Shows, Drabble Meet-Ups, etc.) please feel free to contact me.
The San Francisco Chapter of the Harry Potter Alliance(http://www.thehpalliance.org/) wants you! lovegoodleague for more information. |

Who else went to Infinitus? Anyone planning to go to any of the other cons?
I'm also hoping to meet some other Bay Area Potter Fans to form a couple of Quidditch teams. Anyone interested? |

My name's Missy, and I'm a 27 year old Potter fan. I just signed my husband and myself up for Azkatraz, and I'm incredibly excited! :) I'll have my daughter with us, she'll be around 3 months when the symposium takes place. I'm afraid it limits our activities and whatnot, but we're incredibly excited to have her there with us.
I've been a HP fan for 10 years or so. I started playing in online HP role-playing games in 2000 or 2001, and have been a huge fan (ad sometimes writer) of fanfiction ever since. I also love watching the HP fanart communities, but I'm completely talentless when it comes to visual art. I can't wait to meet other HP fans, especially those in my area!
Who else is going? Is anyone else signed up to play Quidditch on the Presidio Pelicans? (I'm going to play, my husband is planning on watching with the baby.)
