With the Beatles er önnur breiðskífa Bítlanna. Upptökurnar fyrir plötuna gáfu einnig af sér smáskífurnar „I Want to Hold Your Hand“ og „This Boy“.

Í Bandaríkjunum voru lög plötunnar skipt upp yfir á fyrstu tvær útgáfurnar með Capitol Records: Meet the Beatles! og The Beatles' Second Album. Hún var einnig gefin út í Kanada undir nafninu Beatlemania! With the Beatles. Platan var sett í 420. sæti yfir „500 bestu plötur allra tíma“ af tímaritinu Rolling Stone árið 2003, og kom fram á 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die (2010). Hún var einnig kosin í 275. sæti á þriðju útgáfunni af All Time Top 1000 Albums (2000).
