For this post’s opener I have only photographed the things I still actively use and/or love, as two years’ worth of faves amounts to quite a few things.

This one is very varied though, I’ve got beauty, home décor, books, accessories and kitchenware.

July flashback faves
Time to look back to two July's worth of favourites, just to see how I feel about this lot now. I didn't do a flashback faves last month, but I'm back this month! Seeing I started to do monthly faves in June 2016 (time flies!) this is going to cover both July 2016 and July 2017. I think it's really good to properly look back about what I loved before, and how I look upon it now, because it really helps me keeping myself in check buying new things :).

I had quite a few favourites in April of last year, and just like every month, I am taking a look at all of them to see which ones I still own and how I like them now, about a year later. Do I still like them, do I still use them? And what happened to the ones I don't own anymore, because there's those as well.

I stopped buying quite as much make-up and beauty stuff like I used to do. Not because I suddenly lost interest in it, I havent at all. Quite on the contrary. But the reality is that I have what I need, and buying more would just end up in more stuff that barely gets used. And that's just a waste of both money and product.
