Flashback faves April 2017

I had quite a few favourites in April of last year, and just like every month, I am taking a look at all of them to see which ones I still own and how I like them now, about a year later. Do I still like them, do I still use them? And what happened to the ones I don't own anymore, because there's those as well.

Review: Too Faced - Unicorn Survival Kit

You may feel like this is coming way too late, but I didn't actually get my hands on this 'till the very tail end of last month.

I feel like a review of this is still relevant for two reasons:
1. The Unicorn Survival Kit is still available on the Too Faced website, discounted even.
2. Two of the products are available in single and full size and the highlighter is coming back in two products from the Life's a Festival collection that is released on the website later this month. So this may help you decide whether or not you want to get something from that.

Unboxing Aly's give-away!

A while ago my friend Aly did a giveaway via her blog and instagram account, in which I participated. And ‘lo and behold, I won! So happy about that, thank you again for hosting it Aly!

Yesterday, I got the package in the mail, and after Loa cat had helped me unpack everything (and proceeded to steal the box, even though it was too small for him) he “helped” me taking photos.

This is very much a first impressions, because obviously I’ve only had these products since yesterday and haven’t had the chance to properly use and/or wear them yet! There’s also a few I haven’t touched yet, because I already have a product of the kind in use and I want to use that up first. So you’ll probably see several of these pop up in faves posts throughout the year!

Let’s dig into this!

Review – Too Faced, Melted Matte in Gingerbread Man

Too Faced, Melted Matte in Gingerbread Man

I was lucky enough to get my hands on this a few weeks before it landed on the French Sephora, because my best friend Charlotte got it for my birthday.
Now, Melted Matte is a pretty celebrated formula, but they generally don't come in special scents and flavours, even though some of the other Too Faced products do.
So, is this particular Christmas limited edition worth your cash?
