Ok, ok, it's been too long, I know. But here's a sketch of Legato I started at work! Eventually I'm going to color it, but I figured the collective "you" would want to see it now. Do you forgive me of my radio silence?
( Check it!Collapse )
Also, how many of you have finished reading the manga? Like finished, finished? Because I'm rather ambivilant towards it, and would love to get some different perspectives to the ending. In other words, I wanna b*tch!

Alright, this started out with a simple idea. I wanted to draw Legato in a somewhat realistic fashion, testing out my new fountain pen. Easy enough, right? However, once I scanned him into the computer, I ended up with two different color jobs. Eh, what can you do.
( Study in colorsCollapse )
( Study in white and redCollapse )
Hope you enjoy a sensual Legato!

| Just to fill the time... |
[16 Feb 2007|11:14pm] |
This is a quick sketch I did at work, then colored in Photoshop once I got back to my dorm. Sorry it's been so long!
( SkulkerCollapse )
...I'm not entirely sure what's goin' on here, but I've always seen Legato as the type of guy to just skulk around. Plus I like that word. Skulk.

Someday I'm gonna splurge on a Wacom Pad, so I don't need to use a mouse for all this stuff...Ah well, gotta make due with what you've got. All I can say about this is that I really love Legato and his sexy, sexy body...Even if it isn't all his. Hope you guys enjoy!
( It only hurts a little while...Collapse )

| [FIC] And Miles to Go... (5/?, Knives/Legato) |
[30 Sep 2006|01:29pm] |
Skuld here again, I come bearing fic. This is the fifth chapter of a series I've been working on for a while now, so some of you might recognize it. It's been sitting on the back-burner for a couple of years, but I'm finally the mood to write it again thanks to the recent developments of Trigun Maxmimum in YKO.
I can't remember whether or not I've posted the previous chapters here before, but I hope you guys find this enough to fill some small moments as we wait for the next manga installment!
Previous Chapters
Title: And Miles To Go...
Chapter Five: Stars and Pieces
Author: doctorskuld
Pairing: implied Knives/Legato
Summary: The story of Legato's tragic life as Knives' greatest protege
(His answer was a caress so gentle it made him weep.)

| Exciting News! |
[05 Jul 2006|07:20pm] |
This is an uber late post, but I still think everyone has the right to know:
Nov 2005: Anime Insider
Trigun 2
Status: Getting ready. A new movie is on the way.
What it could be: Anything. The 1998 Trigun TV series did wrap up nice and neat, as wanted man Vash the Stampede joined a fast-shooting preacher and a duo of insurance agents to battle the Gung Ho Guns and their ultra powerful leader Knives. The TV version did cover pretty much all of the ground in the manga (both the two volumes of Trigun and nine of continuing series Trigun Maximum), and Madhouse is keeping mum on whether this movie will redo the original series or be a sequel to it; we’re guessing the latter is more likely.
The Word: Studio Madhouse has reconfirmed to A.I. that the Trigun movie is happening, but it was much too soon to give details on the plot, running time, what they’ll do about fan-favorite Wolfwood (who died in the TV series but lived in the manga) or even the release date. Still, we’re excited.
Odds: 1-in-1!

Oh yes, and does anyone else think that inspiration for dear Isaac from Castlevania: Curse of Darkness (my icon) came from Legato? :D
