*BE HONEST! Though this definitely isn't a "hot or not" community, let's make these stamps SOMEWHAT prestigious. If the applicant doesn't "scream out" a specific main character to you, then vote one of the more generic/side characters, instead (see list below). Not EVERYONE can be a main character (nor, should you aimlessly give the titles out to just anybody)--so vote with discretion.
*Under NO circumstances is abuse tolerated. Play nicely.



Stamping

*Only Moderators are allowed to stamp. (hellbelle & socialdragnfly)
*You will be stamped after accumulating at least 10 votes, or a number of days have passed (whatever comes first).
*If votes are extremely close or equally split in half, the mods will either choose the stamp they feel is best fitting of the applicant, or, they will award both stamps (if deemed necessary).
*If you wish to display your stamp graphic, SAVE IT TO YOUR OWN SERVER. Failure to do this will cause our image server to go down--and that means no stamp for you, or anyone else.
