So... I've been writing stuff for 
shkinkmeme but failing to link it anywhere else. There are several that fit in this community, so I thought I'd lump them all into one post so I wouldn't be spamming y'all. I did my best to include all of the proper warnings, but in case I missed something, I included the prompts I wrote these fics for -that should hopefully more than suffice to tell you whether you will want to click or not. (Some of it is dark/twisted, I know. The kinkmeme has been an interesting experience for me, to say the least.)
Incidentally, today marks a year since I started posting Holmes fic (and I began with this community, even!). It's been a great year. :D

The next morning holmes realises what he's done and flees in horror, convinced he's just destroyed the friendship, as well as essentially raped Watson because while they were both inebriated, Holmes refuses to accept the fact that he has less than perfect control at any time.
Watson hunts him down and finds holmes half-starved, stressed and falling apart. Turns out he wasn't so drunk as to be taken advantage of, merely enough to finally loosen up and do something he's wanted to for years.

One of Holmes' massively thought-out plans goes seriously awry and it leads to both Holmes and Watson getting gravely injured. How they manage to escape with their lives is a miracle in itself...
So not only do the two of them have to deal with recovering physically, Holmes is on the verge of a breakdown and possibly even suicide as he realizes he isn't infallible and he got them into such a fiasco where they were even lucky to survive.

As a show of power in front of the yard (and Watson), Blackwood fucks Holmes, ever so slowly, and with everyone gagged the only sound in the room is flesh on flesh, with Blackwood bringing Holmes off at the end, leaving him covered in cum, tears on his face, chained in the middle of the room with the last of the yard loyal to him (and Watson?) around him.
