Another post about banning spankings.
1. This is the first time I've done it, and I really didn't like the feeling! I’ve already deleted 189 people from my Flist, and have added about 10 that I never realized had added me to theirs. I asked one guy if we could be LJ friends and he agreed. Two people deleted me before I deleted them. I will continue deleting a few more people, and adding those who want to be LJ friends. I had 542 on my FList, now I have 356. If you would like for me to delete you, please let me know and I will.
2. SPANKINGS
My prior post about BANNING SPANKINGS brought to my mind the time I was in kindergarten. The school wasn’t very far from my house, so I’d walk to and from school, and was expected to be home immediately after school by my mom. After school one day, a little girlfriend invited me to go to her house to play, and I did. I didn’t realize I’d stayed in her house for too long, and quickly started running to my house. On the way, I saw my mom walking towards me with a look that was so scary, the kind of look that told me I was going to get a spanking! I ran passed her and headed straight home. When I got there, I ran into the bathroom, locked the door and quickly started pulling out all the dirty clothes out of the hamper. I shoved as many as could fit into my jeans. My mom started banging on the door and demanded I come out. I opened the door and started walking out smugly, telling her I was ready for my spanking. My jeans were so full of dirty clothes that I actually walked like Frankenstein! She pulled me to the sofa, pulled my jeans down, along with all the dirty clothes they contained, and started spanking my bare bottom. Thanks to that spanking, I always made sure I followed her rule that I go directly home from school!
Much to my dismay, I forgot all about that spanking by the time I turned 13.
What I’m trying to say is, thank God Mom had the right to discipline me and the rest of my brothers as she saw fit, without the government meddling in her business when it came to raising her children. Whenever Mom spanked us, it was because she loved us.

3. I have a brand new 2nd LJ called PILLOW TALK ICONS, and for the time being, it will be FRIENDS ONLY. I’ve been creating oodles of LJ icons for those who want them, and if you want your LJ user name on it, just let me know. I'll soon start adding the icons I've created, so if you'd like to be added to my FList there, leave a comment and I'll add you. This new LJ looks very GIRLY, but not to worry BOYS, because I'll have lots of icons especially for you, too!
My user info page at "pillowtalkicons" is still bare for now, but I plan on adding some stuff there very soon.
Not to worry if you should want one or more, because you can take them without giving me credit, but if you choose to, it sure would be nice! :o)

A MARGARITA, A SWINE and My Money
Yesterday after work, Lolly and I went to this little lounge for a few drinks. The place was jumping and we waited patiently for the waitress to come to our table, but it was to no avail. I finally got up and went directly to the bar and ordered two drink before happy hour would end.
It was 5 minutes till 7 when the barmaid took my order, and when she got to our table with the drinks it was 7:01. She went to another table without charging us. We finished the drink and asked for another one, and when she came back with our 2nd drinks, she charged us for the first drinks and the second, but didn’t charging us for the first drinks at happy hour prices. I told her that we had come in before happy hour for our first round. She appeared very upset, and stated that we had to pay according to the cash register.
I argued with her because of the principle of the matter, and told her again, that we arrived before happy hour, and she should charge us accordingly for the first rounds of drinks. I then laid the money on the table and she grabbed it and threw the money at me, which hit my chest, then landed near my feet. Lolly and I were in shock! Not knowing whether to call for the manager or not, I just sat there as embarrassed as could be and continued sipping on my Margarita, and thinking the situation over. I asked myself if I should report her to management, but decided against it, because I didn't want her to possibly lose her job. As I mentioned before, the place was packed, and she and the bartender were the only two employees having to attend to so many customers needs, and was probably was overwhelmed by it. I then thought about going to the SWINE and yanking her by the hair, but I thought against it, because I would end up the loser and face charges for assault. Then I thought about just letting it go, and decided to go that route. I got up and started picking up the money I had given her for the drinks, which she'd thrown at me and landed at my feet.
Lolly and I finished our drinks and left. Before I got home, I stopped by the grocery store and bought groceries with the money the bitch had thrown at me. I continued thinking it over, and came to the conclusion that I had made the right decision.
I still can't believe she did that to me.
My questions are:
Did I make the right choice?
What would you have done, had this happened to you?
Has anyone ever behaved in an extremely rude and hostile manner with you? If so, How did you handle it?

I deleted the Bubble Wrap post because I totally forgot that I have a LJ friend who has heart problems. When I made the post, I totally forgot this. When I clicked it, I almost had a heart attack myself, and I have a good healthy heart. My friend who I love dearly doesn't, and I'm glad I deleted it before he saw it and clicked on it!!
I will never make such a scary post again! This is a PROMISE!
