Game laggs only in new Wildcard mode
So, my apex runs completely normal when I play ranked matches but when I play wildcard, my pc stutters every few seconds and it freezes. I don't know what to do to fix this issue.

Anybody experiencing anything similar or anyone has any fixes for this problem?

I would really appreciate it.

I encountered exactly the same problem.
Freezes only on the wildcard.
System: RTX4090 + 7950X3D + 64GB RAM 6000MHz + M2 SSD
Pulls absolutely all games without any lags, no problems with the Internet either.
Reinstalling drivers, deleting and reinstalling the game, disabling secure boot, changing game settings - nothing helps.
Hey everyone. I'll share these with the team.
Hi again! Please try this workaround and let me know if it works:

Hello! I don't know if it's fortunate or unfortunate, but I don't have Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller and I use a wired internet connection, so this solution won't help me =(
And for the sake of interest, I tried to turn off the wired connection and connect via WiFi. Unfortunately, this did not help either.
The problem is observed only in Apex Legends and only during the game in Wildcard mode.
In normal and ranked mode, this problem does not occur.

Same. I tried disabling the Ethernet (GBE family controller) and playing on wifi but it didn't fix the issue. I don't know what else to do.

Thanks, everyone. I'll share this info with the team.
There is still no solution for this problem?
I didn't find anything either. Sadge.
Any update to this issue? I’m still having this problem.

I've tried every possible solution I could find online. Nothing works.
I think the only solution is to write a petition to the developers, as this problem clearly isn't on the players' side.
Yeah, I am fed up with this problem. Just wanna play the game lol.
Hey everyone. We need more information about this.

Before providing anything, could y'all please try:

- Reinstalling your drivers (or roll them back), using DDU.
- Remove Realtek drivers and let Windows install generic ones. Check here.
- If you're using a sound card, make sure its drivers are updated (or disconnect it to check if it does something). Example here.
- Make sure your Windows version is updated.

If this doesn't work, please provide us with:

- PC specs (include Windows version)
- Region

Thank you.
