Disable Hunger and Thirst?
Is there a way to turn these off?

I agree as it's not a survival game it's a trading game so having the option to turn hunger and thirst off would be welcome.
And as a bonus, no pooping. Maybe already taken care of, I have not played for a while. Starting another run now.
