You will need the appropriate script loaded to do such a thing.

I will not recomend one of the other, since script are specific to your liking for the job you need it to do. I will suggest you check a few in the workshop and tutorial that comes with it.

Most scripts have guides on how to use them.

You want the command "InvListX" to get only the items aboard your grid/ship. You can limit the blocks the script looks in by adding a tag to each of those blocks. For example you add the letters "AUTO" to the name of each block you want scanned, the command would be

InvListX AUTO

That should work for any block that stores cargo or ice.

For your hydrogen tanks you need the command "Tanks". We'll use the same tag "Auto". Also for the command "Tanks", you need to specify what kind of gas you're looking for: Hydrogen on Oxygen:

Tanks Auto Hydrogen

You have some options with Tanks as well. I find TanksBar to be the best, as I'm rarely interested in the physical amount but just the filled status bar.
