Why can't I make a blueprint?
One day blueprint creation stopped working. Cntrl-B now just brings up the blueprint page but does not actually create a new blueprint. I have run the file check on the installation and that did not change anything. Anyone have any ideas?

HI, have you enabled the in-game Steam cloud in game options ?

Asking because that cloud is not made to save but to create "Cloud Blueprints" that will auto transfer to your second PC having the same Steam account and gave a lot of problems to members using when having only one PC.

That cloud is very very limited and will prevent you from creating more Cloud Blueprints when full load.

All the important is added to this pinned green message in the Bug report subforum that I strongly recommend to read :

The follwing is in the link I have shared but I will paste in here :

To do before disabling the in-game Steam cloud :

1 - You will have to paste all your "Cloud Blueprints" in a creative world.

2 - Go disable the in-game Steam cloud in game options.

3 - Load the creative world where you pasted all your "Cloud Blueprints" and redo Local Blueprints this time.
This sounds silly but I've seen it multiple times. Try the other ctrl-key or a different keyboard. Your ctrl key may be busted.
If you're running any mods that might be the cause. We can also copy an object on the screen by pressing CTRL+C (or CTRL+X to "cut") then open the blueprints menu by pressing F10 and "create blueprint from clipboard" is a button at the top of the blueprint menu. Try that as a work around.
Nothing works for me
I find that happens when you have too many blueprints, works when I delete some
