Read First: Community Rules
These are the rules for this community; please read them if you are new.

1. Topics must be Vancouver related. Off-topic posts will be deleted with no warning. If you feel your post was on-topic, but it was still deleted, feel free to contact a moderator. DO NOT comment in our personal journals. Important: if a mod deletes your post, do NOT assume that it was a mistake. Do not re-post. Just e-mail and ask why it was deleted, and one of us will answer, and maybe help you make your post more acceptable.
2. Posts that were clearly made just to start trouble (aka trolls) will be deleted as soon as we catch them.
3. graphics larger than 500x500 must go behind a cut. if you are requested to move your image behind a cut and fail to do so within a reasonable amount of time (eg a couple hours), the post in question will be deleted.
4. Disallowing comments in a community post will result in said post being deleted.
5. Deleting comments in a community post will result in said post being deleted. If there's something you don't want people to see, screen it or ask a mod to screen it. No deleting!
6. No personal attacks allowed. Period. Let's play nice, kids. We can't monitor all the comments, but if we find anyone clearly attacking another person, the thread will be frozen and the attacker will be warned or banned. If you feel you're being made to feel uncomfortable, please e-mail one of us.
7. If you have multiple questions, try to fit them into the same post, or go back to a post you made previously and add to it. Making two posts within five minutes of each other could be considered spamming.
8. Anyone caught breaking the T.O.S. will be banned.
9. Breaking these rules will result in a warning. A second offence will result in a ban.
10. Rules are subject to change at any time.
11. spamming the community results in an instant ban. no warning.
