• Sound Generation Prompts (2G): The text you type to generate a sound in 2G is sent to our sound generation provider and kept by us, linked to your license, for up to 90 days so we can troubleshoot problems and improve the product. It is then deleted automatically.
• License and Device Information (2G): An anonymous identifier of each device a 2G license is used on, so we can enforce license limits.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your collected information strictly for the following purposes:

• To send you essential notifications regarding critical bugs, software updates, or security announcements related to products you have purchased.

We retain your email address and license details for as long as your license remains valid in order to verify purchase history and facilitate redownloads.
